A couple of years ago, Kristen Stewart could have walked down Hollywood Boulevard unnoticed, despite having appeared in nearly 20 films. Now, because of a teenage girl who falls in love with a vampire, she cannot go out without attracting a pack of paparazzi and swarms of fans, mainly young girls.
With the three films released so far – Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse – Stewart has won the hearts of legions of teenage girls as Bella, who becomes entwined in a passionate, unorthodox Romeo-and-Juliet-style romance with the handsome vampire Edward Cullen, played by British heartthrob Rob Pattinson.
The four-book series has sold 17 million copies, and there are more than 350 fan sites devoted to the stories, so the burden of expectation was high, and casting the right couple in the leading roles vital.
“It’s just surreal to be a crucial part of a machine like this,” says Stewart. “I’m sort of the vessel. These girls are obsessed with Edward through me. If I wasn’t right, I’d be persecuted and put on a cross.”
A little over-dramatic, perhaps, but it is an exciting and somewhat difficult time for the 19-year-old actress, who tries desperately to maintain her privacy while keeping fans of the Twilight saga happy. At the same time, she is reaching for roles that take her beyond the teenage romance genre.
So far, she seems to have succeeded remarkably well. Between Twilight movies (a final one, Breaking Dawn, is being developed), she has found time to star in two vastly different movies. She plays a troubled teenage prostitute in Welcome to the Rileys, which was produced by Ridley Scott and his brother Tony and directed by Ridley’s son Jake. It had its debut at the Sundance film festival this year.
Ed Westwick Thinks Kristen Stewart is Gorgeous!
In a recent interview on PopSugar, Gossip Girl’s sexy Aussie Ed Westwick talked about ‘Chuck Bass’ and clarified his views on Kristen Stewart.
According to Westwick, Chuck will go through a rough patch in the fourth season of Gossip Girl. For starters we know that although he got shot in the alley he won’t die, I can’t imagine Gossip Girl without the swagger-full witty character of Chuck Bass. Moreover he will be very alienated, like a new Chuck that we know nothing about, with a lot of new gorgeous love interests.
When asked whether Chuck Bass and Blair (Leighton Meester) will ever get back together, Ed said that they are two character caught out from the same cloth, they are star-crossed lovers. Certainly that’s sad news, but I think it’s good for both characters to stay apart for awhile.
Moreover, Ed told PopSugar that he doesn’t know why everyone was mad at him for saying Kristen Stewart is not his type and he clarified that by saying that she is a “great, great, great, girl who is gorgeous and talented”. I think after hearing that, all you Kristen-Lovers should stop hating on Ed. He also jokingly said that he and Rob should play brothers in Breaking Dawn.

Kristen Stewart Practices Stripper Moves on Robert Pattinson!
According to a source with apparently intimate knowledge of Kristen Stewart’s personal life, the Twilight beauty has been putting the stripper moves that she learned for her upcoming movie Welcome to the Rileys (out November 5) to good use—with her Twilight co-star and rumored boyfriend, Robert Pattinson.
OK! reports Stewart—who plays a stripper/prostitute named Mallory in the film—has gotten in the habit of performing passionate private dances for R-Pattz:
“Kristen isn’t just good, she’s great with the sexy moves. She admits to friends she feels super sexy when she gyrates to the music and struts around.”
Pattinson reportedly finds the strutting pretty sexy, too:
“Rob already thought Kris was the sexiest woman in the world. but the first time she offered him a lap dance, he couldn’t believe his luck.”

Kristen Stewart Initially Not Interested in 'Twilight' Role!
As she wasn’t familiar with the books when the film was first presented, Stewart read the synopsis of the script and “wasn’t impressed,” reports Flecking Records. Furthermore, Stewart thought the story was “shallow and not very believable.”
Luckily for all the fans and rumored boyfriend Robert Pattinson, she ended up reading the script and falling in love with the story.

Ruby Jerins Says Rob is "Like A Big Brother"!
Robert Pattinson was like a big brother to his Remember Me co-star Ruby Jerins, she has revealed.
The 11-year-old plays the Twilight star's younger sister in the tear-jerker, and said their on-screen chemistry was just as real once the cameras were switched off.
"He's really fun and very funny, he was like a bigger brother except he wasn't mean - sometimes big brothers can be mean," she said. "He is very supportive and respectable, and easy to act with. I really admired his work from the beginning, and he was really nice to everybody."
The actress added: "It is extremely easy to bond with him. When we first met at the screen test, he suggested we should hang out a little and build chemistry but we never got to - it wasn't really necessary because we did a lot of waiting around on set, so we got to know each other then and goofed around."
Ruby - a Twilight fan - was amazed by the constant presence of fans and paparazzi around the Remember Me set in New York.
"It was crazy. From the time when we woke up, all these fans and paparazzi would already have surrounded the set. They were all over every scene. It was definitely a new experience for me," she recalled.

Report: Robert Pattinson Involved in Car Accident
Robert Pattinson's charm and mojo are so strong, that even the guy whose car he reportedly smacked into seems to be wooed by his aura.
The Twilight actor reportedly got in a fender-bender on Saturday night, colliding with a parked car as he left a friend's Malibu, California, home. According to witnesses, the accident occurred at approximately 9 p.m., as R-Pattz ran into a parked Kia.
The car's owner, Rob Gottschlich, tells OK! Magazine that he isn't likely to pursue the issue—except for maybe hitting up R-Pattz for free movie tickets the next time he sees him:
“If I had a nice car like a Lexus or something, maybe [I would be concerned], but I’ve got an old Kia. I am going to ask Rob next time I see him for free tickets to the next Twilight film."The Malibu Sheriff's Office reports that no complaints have been filed regarding the alleged accident. The actor's rep, meanwhile, casts doubt on the accident story, noting that Pattinson isn't aware of having struck another vehicle. The rep suggests, however, that if an accident did occur, it might be because his client was distracted by the paparazzi snapping shots of him:
“Robert was pulling out of a parking space after a quiet day in Malibu yesterday and was relentlessly pursued by paparazzi. He has no knowledge of having bumped or damaged another car in the process.”Pattinson did, in fact, exchange heated words with the shutterbugs over the course of the day Saturday, pleading with them to leave him alone and asking the police to intervene. Robert Pattinson: I'm Uncomfortable with Kristens Opinions!
"Kristen is always really good but also clearly speaks her mind. That can be a bit uncomfortable."But not so uncomfortable that Rob is afraid to offer an example of Stewart's opinionated nature:

Kristen Stewart: Twilight is 'Killing' Me
Kristen Stewart has complained that the gruelling promotional trail for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is “killing” her.
The star reportedly whinged to her family that she was exahausted jetting around the globe to promote the vampire movie.
A source told heat magazine: “Her family is worried. She’s told them it’s killing her.”
The actress was forced to make a series of promotional visits in just a few days to make up for the absence of her co-star Robert Pattinson, who is currently busy filming Water For Elephants.
The source added that she has stopped eating and sleeping properly because of the stress of having to talk about herself in interviews.
“Kristen has been looking pale and drawn in the last couple of weeks.”
“Her stylist told her to get a lighter hair colour to try to hide how ill she was looking. At one point, she was looking so gaunt that her eyes were almost popping out of her head.”

Rob and Kristen slipped in through a back entrance but after they were inside weren’t afraid to show affection [...] Rob was mostly standing behind Kristen during the show, resting his chin on her head and holding her close. He’d sing along to Sam’s songs and then kiss the back of her head.During the performance, Rob cheered on his friend and then slipped backstage to hang out with his performer pal and his girlfriend. Another spy reports that the two were "mostly left alone to relax." We guess not too many Twihards were there that night.
Overall, their date and canoodling sounds pretty adorable.
